Feels comfortable. The ball is big and has a smooth ride. The ball clamp handle has no secondary cocking knob, instructions, pouch, and tool(s). The ball head was packed in a ziplock bag and in a plain cardboard box. No frills, so the price is lower. It serves my purpose and costs $39. 20kg is 44lbs and I'm pretty sure the weight will be close to that. I also bought a ball head that holds 30kg or 66lbs, it could be better but costs twice as much as this one. It has a secondary knob that adjusts stiffness after loosening the main tension knob to adjust. Would I buy this again? Probably
