Super Spicy! Be sure to use an auxiliary tool so that you don't accidentally remove your fingertips when cutting. The blade conforms to thin paper slices. Makes a great shredded coleslaw. Cuts perfectly even slices (or thin slices) and is great for slicing potatoes ultra-thin for making homemade potato chips. I've tried making french fries but this blade slices them too finely, more like thin potato sticks. The blade can be easily removed for cleaning (again, be careful as the blade is very sharp). Fortunately, the operation of this device is intuitive since the instructions are in Japanese.
