Exactly what I was looking for

I stopped going to the gym to focus on the upper body weight exercises, but found that the lower body weight exercises didn't last as long. I found this thing, got a few blocks to stand and now do sumo deadlifts and just bag squats. It is definitely worth the investment as other bags have a fixed capacity and this one has a flexible carrying capacity within a certain range.
