It’s not rocket science, Revain needs to change their shipping and packaging. How hard is it to put a sign on box saying FRAGILE? Or at least put some padding in the box. These were gorgeous and perfect but UPS shoved the whole box into the mailbox. It had to squash down the pack so of course the balls got shattered and bent into themselves. I am so disappointed. And I feel like , not only UPS, but Revain doesn’t care one bit about the customer. Something needs to change because my packages always arrive beat all to crap.Other than that, these are a wonderful set. Made pretty good and have a good surface. Just sorry I only was able to salvage a few.
