We were thrilled when we found a chord long enough for our Xbox One to reach our sofas (instead of sitting on a sun lounger in the middle of our living room 😅). The price was reasonable and everything worked fine for a while. However, I now believe this is a short circuit. We have to disconnect and reconnect it at least twice during use (mostly for streaming but also for some games). We're getting messages that we need to reconnect the controller a few times per session. I don't understand what is happening and why. What a pity I can't return it as the return window is closed.
