If you're short on cash, DO NOT waste your time buying a laptop from Resale Addict. They seem to fix enough to make it look right when you turn it on. Once you have it, it's just a laptop with no features other than Microsoft Word. You can't even play the CD (error message). It won't connect to my HDMI cable (error message). I can't play the movie (error message) and my Word work doesn't save past a certain number of pages. Garbage. Seriously, the basics that come with every computer are completely erased from this laptop. I'm not sure what type of business they are in personally, but I believe the products they sell online are not for the financial benefit of anyone other than themselves. I should have listened to my intuition and returned the item immediately and paid more for a better computer, but I was excited to go back to school. I don't have my stump.
