Review on πŸ”Œ Gigabyte GP-P450B Power Supply (80 Plus Bronze Certified, Quiet Fan, Active Power Protection) – Enhanced SEO by Leonardo Sandoval

Coil whine, noisy fan - back.

I've been using Seasonic 660W 80+ Platinum in my system for years. After (luckily) getting my hands on the EVGA RTX 3080, I needed a little more horsepower to overclock it. It seemed to have decent reviews and the price was right considering they are all overpriced now. The installation went as expected, the cables are fine. After booting up my new build and adjusting the fan curves, I fired up Warzone for a bit and immediately started hearing this hissing/scratching/frequent noise coming from the computer. The serpentine wine was terrible. After a few minutes of gameplay, the fan spins and starts clicking. So now I had a completely silent system, except for this power supply. Sent it back and ordered another Seasonic 80+ Platinum. It's more expensive, but you get what you pay for. All is well in the world.
