I bought this for my 7 and 11 year olds. Fits perfectly in my 7 year old size 130 and is currently 6/6x in Target and can work 7sz in length but not width. My 11 year old daughter wears a size 0/1 on Target because she has a young lady's body and these nightgowns fit her perfectly. The 150sz had a good length but not enough room in the hips. We love these dresses but I am returning the dress in a larger size. The smaller size washes well but I didn't dry it. I hung it in the wash and tossed it in the dryer for just a few minutes when it was almost dry to fluff it up a bit. Still looks great! She wears it almost every night! Too bad this company didn't make XS for young adults or women in this dress. Will be buying more styles for my 7yr for sure.
