Beautiful view. Bad fastening system.
The mounting system is pretty bad if you really plan on hanging something on this hook. You first drill a hole and then install a dowel (barely enough). Then screw the gray plastic cap into the dowel. The metal part of the hook should snap into this plastic retainer, but that only happens on the weakest of connections. If you plan on hanging your large bath towels on this near the shower, don't do it. He eventually weakens and falls off the wall.
