not like the picture! There are very few fillings in the ones supplied: not what is in the advertised photo. I have put together pictures of what I was looking to replace (just like the picture in the ad) and what we actually supplied. As you can see, they are not the same. The one below looks like they were an afterthought. The nails are empty, flat and will not hold. The size is huge, both "L" 7-10.
