I like that there are straps for different tension levels. It has a transparent body with signal lines clearly marked - very nice. This will come in handy. If you just plug this thing in, it won't do anything. I use other FTDI devices (including some of our designs) and they work just by plugging them in. This requires their driver, and that's fine. .After installing the driver, a reset is required - unusual, but normal. I wasn't ready to reset because I was in the process of editing and building, so I wanted to wait. The installation then resulted in a hard system crash with a blue screen and all the frightening embellishments. In fact, she rebooted in a very rude way. That really annoyed me. I wasn't ready to reboot and seeing a blue screen a few seconds after installation is very embarrassing. After the computer was turned on again, the device began to work. A bit fiddly, but it works. Save your work and install this thing when you're ready to reboot. The price is right.
