The customer support is also very helpful when needed. I dislike that sometimes there is a lag between adding an item to a calendar and seeing it show up in the list view. Sometimes this lags for a few minutes or even hours. If you are looking for a great product that will help you run your business efficiently then this is the software you need. We have been able to keep track of our inventory, schedule appointments, and see who is available to take new clients.
