As others have pointed out here, after a few months you'll find that your Surface Pro is clearly too heavy for this device, and you'll get a few degrees of full vertical Movement. or watch it descend to the desktop level. Apparently there is no way to raise your arms. Defective execution. DO NOT BUY.
