I used it for Thanksgiving and the turkey came out great. The temperature readings were accurate, I also inserted an instant read thermometer and both readings were the same. The downside is that you can't set a specific temperature. Has a preset temperature. When I clicked the turkey preset, it cooked until the temp reached 175°. If I cook a turkey to 350F, it gets terribly overcooked. I just kept an eye on the temperature and when it read 160° and the probe was inserted into the turkey breast, I took the turkey out of the oven and covered it. In the next 45 minutes the temperature rose to 170°, which is ideal. So yes, you get accurate readings and can cook multiple areas of meat or different dishes, but you can't set the temperature you want.
