Be aware that you are buying a used Blue Ray player from an old Xbox system. It wasn't difficult to install, but considering it was my first time and almost everyone who's done it, it's a slow process. So first understand that you need to go to YouTube and watch a few different videos; some are better than others. But watch 3-4 BEFORE you start. Remember that you have a replacement controller card that came with the device, which means you remove the old controller card from the old hard drive and solder it into the card that you received. Took me over an hour to install this but now that I've done it I could do it in 20-30 minutes if there was a next time. I saved $125 by paying someone else to replace the drive. The new drive worked great.
