The support staff at CD have been very responsive throughout our relationship and are always willing an eager to help with any issue we face during implementation or after launch of their product - it's refreshing! We're looking for more ways they can assist us in improving onboarding processes as well as increasing visibility into potential threats (both internal & external). I think having some kind of dedicated team member just focused solely upon this area would be ideal but if there isn't one now then adding another resource will do wonders towards helping them out even further.
