I have ordered multiple AirTag holders. I learned that there is a balance between fencing and reach. My dog somehow threw his AirTag out of its rubber case. I ordered one of the all-metal cases and the range was cut in half. I put one of these on him and my simple test found him around the corner and further down the corridor between 40 and 50 feet. My other case was about half that. Im impressed with the range, time will tell how long it lasts and stays shut. They come with screen protectors like cases. I put them on to keep the water out/protect the tag since my dog gets into almost everything. I don't care if others get scratched and didn't wear them for their keys. FYI, the smaller one that splits in half, is on the side of the Apple logo tag.
