Color washes off with alcohol

I love this keyboard case. It's lightweight and inexpensive. Connecting to the tablet was very easy. It integrates very well with my tablet. It is very durable. The case is a bit heavy as you have 2 components - the case and the keyboard and the case has magnets which add weight. The problem is that I cleaned it with alcohol to remove oil from the surface and the color is gone! Now it's really ugly!
