Review on 👜 Texbo Full Grain Leather Men's 16-Inch Laptop Messenger Bag Briefcase Tote with YKK Metal Zippers in Black by Michael Barrett

This update is to update my star rating (from 2 to 4) and congratulate Texbo for the excellent customer service after I published my first review (the I left below). Shortly after my post, I received an email from Texbo apologizing for my experience and asking for a photo of the broken zipper. After emailing the photo I was quickly offered a replacement bag at 99% off (apparently Revain doesn't offer a 100% off). My bag was out of warranty for a month and I really liked every other aspect of the bag so I gladly accepted their offer. NOTE: Texbo did NOT ask me to change my star rating - it was my choice. They just asked me to update my review. The quality and finish of this briefcase is superb except for the zipper. One of the zippers broke 1 year after purchase. He doesn't close anymore - the zipper opens behind him and then it's quite difficult to zip the zipper back. Otherwise you cannot close the cover.
