I bought a phone by March 8 as a gift to my wife. Beautiful, Samsung, with a branded case. At first, the phone pleased, but after a few weeks of quiet use, problems began. The connection was constantly interrupted during a call and, most importantly, the phone overheated during use. It started with overheating while the Navigator was running. The phone, after a pop-up window about overheating, turned off at the wrong time (on an unfamiliar road in motion), which made me nervous. In early April, an ate was released that I thought would solve the problem, but no, at least not in our case. 04/14/21 I took the phone to the company's SC (on Khodynsky Boulevard), because. more than a month has passed since the purchase. in the SC on the spot they connected it with a wire, in the settings they turned off wireless charging and something related to Volte (I can be inaccurate in the wording). The girl from the SC said that problems should not arise further. But, unfortunately, problems with communication and switching off from heating remained. After 10 days, I again went to the SC, but already insisted that they take it in for repairs. And this time the SC did not help in any way. "No flaw found. Reset settings to manufacturer's recommended settings." At the moment I don’t know what to do, it’s impossible to use the phone, most likely I will write a claim. Very upset with the situation. I did not expect this from Samsung, given the positive experience of using other models of phones from this manufacturer. I do not recommend to buy.
