The pots feature a thick base that provides even heat distribution and prevents hot spots .They're also compatible with all stovetops, including induction. The only con I have is that the handles can get a bit hot, so youll need to use oven mitts when handling them. Overall, these pots are a fantastic investment for any home chef!
