Practical and easy to clean

I received it as a gift and now I'm wondering why I didn't have it before. I recently learned how to cook the perfect chicken breast and this thermometer is key to not getting a dry piece of chicken. I keep it in an easy-to-access drawer and take it out every day. It cleans up quickly and easily and holds up well.
