I have 2 of these, one for the Camry 07 and one for the Sienna 05. Both suffer from the same problems and all problems have been mentioned in other reviews. The volume is very, very low, so you have to turn up the stereo. When you do this, all that low level background noise and feedback from the alternator is amplified by the car's electrical system, and the sound quality becomes poor or terrible. Since most people including myself bought it specifically to connect my phone to my stereo so I can stream music and audiobooks it really is a really bad option and I've found that I can just use my phone as a speakerphone again use. However, sometimes the volume through these devices is normal (not muted) which leads me to suspect there is an electrical issue with them - and it happens with both of my. Also, the left channel audio on both often cuts out completely again and randomly returns after the car restarts. Since both of my copies of these units have had the same issues, I firmly believe the issues are with the units themselves and not with my machine, installation or wiring. Warning, these devices may work well (as others have experienced), but they also seem to have serious problems that I and others have described.
