I ordered it in size 12-18m and it seems a bit small, especially at the top. The bloomers are adorable with a navy blue floral pattern and a long attached tie. It also comes with a headband that feels a bit small but matches the white ruffled shirt. You can always mix and match these pieces as they are separate. All in all very pleasant and recommended.
