I bought a gray metallic bag on 03/11/21 and received it on 03/13/21 prime time. I'm outraged, frustrated and completely screwed. The strap of this handbag detaches from the gold plated handbag locking ring. I search my bag and purse inside and out for the gold-plated ring. I can't find this ring anywhere. I like the color of the bag because it is very close to the color of my patent leather shoes. So the best place for this nonsense right now is my bin for next week's garbage pickup. It was a waste of time and money for this purchase. I used to buy cheap bags and never faced such a mess. I should have read the bad reviews first before making this purchase. Guilty!
