The item sent is a black spare, however the part that was in stock and fits my quick gripper is a yellow spare. Both items have the same part number printed on the packaging. The shape of the part is completely different and it didn't seem to fit my tool. I did some research on my instrument and the company that made this instrument was bought by Irwin in 1994. The replacement part looks fake but actually fits the tool much better than the original design. My instrument was bought in 1991 and it still works great.
