The fact that you can create an email template with variables like date or event type makes it easier than other softwares I've used before (I'm looking at ya MailChimp!). Sometimes when sending emails there's some weird formatting issues but they're not too bad so we just go over them manually until our client contacts us about this issue! It was hard using previous software because if someone else made changes then those would be lost once saved out - now everything stays together!! This has helped me save money as well since my work load got cut down significantly.
