Only use the lower burner. There was a smell you get when it's new and you have to burn off the smell. I set it up on a high top burner as per the manual for first time use. It started making noises, the lights wouldn't come on, the burners wouldn't get warm. I sent it back for a replacement. Will update the review when I get a replacement. Update for 7 months. My circuit blew, so the oven didn't work. (fool) this is the best oven I've ever had. I am 68 years old and have had several. I use it not only for decoration but also every day. primarily serves as a toaster, but better than a toaster. Still in great shape and looks great too. will load the image.
