Compared to my last nylon cord I only used it about a month before I had to buy a new one. These phone chargers charge very quickly, just as fast as the original Apple phone charger. Both sides have metal springs to protect the cable. I've had them for a while and they're really hard to break. Hopefully these phone chargers are the longest cords available and worth every penny.
