We received them today and they seem decent. My son has worn them around the house and said they are comfortable. He has a wide foot and usually wears a size 12-12.5 but I ordered a size 13 and they fit perfectly with a regular pair of socks and a boot insert. If he was wearing a pair of thick socks, they probably wouldn't fit unless the insert was removed. I also like that the insert has velcro on the back so it stays in place better. However, the rough side of the Velcro is on the main part of the boot, so it's likely to rub/scratch over the ankle when the insert is removed.
