Review on MailMetrics by Todd Phillips

The software allows us to track our mailings with ease! It does exactly what it says-it tracks all your mailings through one system. This makes it so much easier tracking progress for each mailing campaign we run. Since this program is online you don't need to have an employee log in every day to check results (which can be tough if there's many reports or different projects going). Reports are easy to create and customize as well. I wish they had more customization options when creating them from scratch but that would probably require adding some extra work time into their development process. For now, just use templates until you find something else you like better. We're able to see trends over any given period. And at the end of a reporting cycle we get a clear picture of how our last report did versus target goals. Having this information has made me feel confident about decisions I've been making regarding which campaigns have done best recently.
