The Tuning Kit contains everything you need to keep your Yamaha petrol golf cart in top shape. The spark plug is easy to access and easy to replace, the clearance is 0.028-0.031 inches. The gas filter is held in place by two hose clamps, simply take a pair of square pliers, squeeze the two ends of the clamps and remove the clamps from the filter connector. You may need to use a flathead screwdriver to remove the tubing from the inlet and outlet of your existing gas filter. Install a new gas filter, reconnect the hoses and replace the clamps as before. (Be careful which hose goes to which side of the filter before disconnecting!). The air filters are very easy to replace, simply pull back the clips holding the filter housing cover, remove the cover, then remove the primary and secondary filters and discard. Install the primary air filter and secondary air filter, hook the filter cover onto the pegs on the side of the filter housing, lower the cover and press the spring clips into place. Jack up the drive to change the oil. side of the car for easier access to the oil drain plug. Place an oil pan under the plug location, and then use an 11/16-inch wrench or socket to remove the plug. Lower the jack so all the oil drains out of the engine. You can then lower the car, remove the filler cap, and add about 55 ounces of clean oil. While you're at it, check your tire pressure!
