I loved this product from the start but when I just pulled it out from under my bed it ripped open all sides of the opening completely. The quality of this material is very light and not durable. I'm very disappointed that both of my shoe organizers broke in the short time I've had them. I only keep shoes that fit the slits, but I don't overdo it. And I'm very careful when I take my shoes off, so I don't know why they break so easily. I wish I had an email asking for a refund or replacement. You can see that the box is already showing where the stitching came out.
