The ease in which I can set appointments for my clients with this service! It also allows me access from anywhere that has an internet connection so it's very convenient as well. There are some minor bugs here or there but they have been addressed quickly by their support team when notified about them. This scheduling app works great at keeping track of all scheduled visits without having multiple calendars open across different platforms (phone/computer). Also helps keep us organized since we don't need paper files anymore due to our electronic records system being implemented throughout most departments within the office now.
