I live in Chicago and play paddles all fall/winter. I only wear this brand and type because they are so comfortable and I feel totally safe in them - these courts can get slippery! The only downside I have is that they wear out quickly at the bottom - but I play 1.5 hour straights several times a week so it doesn't bother me - but if they are exposed on the grip they need to be replaced immediately, otherwise there is a risk of injury!
