Review on O2COOL 4 PK Portable Personal Battery-Operated Necklace Fan Set with Lanyard - Deluxe Edition by Sandy Pierce

The fan seems a bit noisy which I would appreciate if the airflow was a little stronger. I'm not terribly excited about it, but hopefully it will keep the kids cool while they melt away at Disney. Update - we went to Disney with these fans in July and I really don't know if they helped much. I don't think the hassle of packing and carrying them was worth the cooling they offered. I'm sure there are better solutions that don't require so many batteries.
