Positive: good size, material quality, lots of storage space. Good price. Reasons for my return: The zippers are metal and don't slip easily. The pen pockets on the front are too narrow for a pen (Bic Atlantis) or pencil (Bic Fancy Mechanical) - neither fit in my phone (Pixel 2XL) - they are too thin. The magnetic closure on the front is not easy to align, is unreliable and often comes undone. The zipped back section isn't lined with felt or anything like that, so it's not suitable for storing a phone. There is no support at the bottom and it flexes. I wanted to like it!
