The customer service has been great, they are very responsive to all of my questions or concerns that I have had with them! They also do not charge me for any issues related to their services (which can be frustrating!).

There isn't much bad about this at all - just make sure you get your business set up right away so it doesn’t take too long before someone else sets one up in its place :) We were able to register our new website within 24 hours after we signed-up through austdomains which was nice since there wasn't another option available when registering from outside Aus/NZ like other registrars offer around these parts ;).
