This is a well made product but personally I have had a few things that didn't work. The wheels are a little tight and don't roll as easily as I would like. In addition, the backpack easily tips over when walking quickly and turning. The backpack option works well and is comfortable to "carry" except that it stays in full-time backpack mode, meaning there are no clips to quickly release the straps and put them out of sight while moving. Therefore, the straps will stretch if not stowed very carefully. There is a place to put the straps out of sight. But you need to thread and loosen the straps through the buckles (which adjust the length of the shoulder straps). It takes quite a long time and is frankly very annoying. This detail was noticed and added.
