I've been wearing Nike Air shoes for a few decades and this is the worst pair ever. The shoes don't bend. It's like walking on two pieces of wood. Your heel hits the ground, and then the front foot hits the ground, making a klip-tsok sound as you walk. I walk a lot and thought they would loosen up after a week or two of "breaking in" but they are still as stiff as they were when I took them out of the box. They changed my gait and caused some very unexpected muscle pain due to the stride change. I never thought I would say this, but it's time to switch to another brand.
