I chose the TUF x570 Wifi motherboard because it fits perfectly with my new Ryzen 5 3600 build, but it doesn't. I order a new unused mainboard and on the contrary receive a used mainboard with M.2 shroud without installed screw, with a visibly damaged CPU socket fan shroud and a clear sign of a used mainboard. If I pay for a new one, why am I getting a used one? Also, you have to wait about 2 weeks because it was back ordered, assuming it will get better because it's removed from the factory, and get a used one instead! This is stealing, shipping a used motherboard for the price of a new one. Updated Feedback: An issue with a used motherboard received has been resolved with a new shipment. So far I haven't had any problems with the motherboard. Therefore I can recommend this product, but pay attention to the packaging received.
