Claimed 1:1 ratio is wrong. The mixture will not fully cure unless you use 1 part resin (Bottle A) and 1 and a half (Bottle B). Even then you should keep the curing temperature above 74 degrees for a week. I assume it is a "Made in China" product. Apparently the manufacturer diluted the epoxy (Bottle B) which made this poor quality product very unreliable. I have been working with resin/epoxy building and repairing boats for over 40 years and this is probably the worst product I have ever used. I never had to leave WEST SYSTEMS. They make the best epoxy product.
