Absolutely the BEST personal ventilator I have ever bought. My job does NOT allow us to plug anything into outlets other than our docks and monitors. Strange I know. So this fan plugs directly into my USB port and attaches to the bottom of my monitor. I bike to work and this fan keeps me cool after a shower. I keep it on high speed for about an hour and then switch to low. If you are looking for a quiet and powerful fan, I HIGHLY recommend this product.
