This ball requires a lot of energy and muscle power to get it moving. I was afraid I would hurt myself, but I tried. It's definitely for young adults and teens, not 64-year-old Meemaws. My 2 year old granddaughters enjoyed watching me do this, I also bought them 2 much smaller balls. We only used it one evening and at home so I don't know how well it will work with regular use.
