Good value for money but fridge/freezer suitable. Use
Works fine but the temperature is 10 degrees below my existing analog fridge thermometer. It's hard to say what's wrong at this point. The unit seems more intended for use on a windowsill at indoor and outdoor temperatures, but adapts well for use in a fridge/freezer. Simply place the device in the fridge and the sensor in the freezer. Then OUT is the freezer temperature and IN is the refrigerator temperature. The alarm settings MUST be changed from the defaults as they will be triggered at a low 30 seconds at the OUTPUT so the freezer will naturally be below that level. It looks good, is inexpensive, and I like the magnets on the back that keep it in place (if it's on metal).
