Review on HLK by Will Bremer

This platform has allowed me to get closer with my customers by having them comment or like posts from our page as well as being able to respond directly through their comments section which makes it easy for both parties involved! I would say that sometimes there are some issues when trying to use this feature but they usually fix those problems pretty quickly so no complaints here yet :) Definitely worth checking out if you want your customer's opinion because its really fun getting feedback straight off social media platforms!! Having more information about what people think helps us make decisions regarding future campaigns/product development easier since opinions matter more than ever now days thanks to Social Media Platforms such as Facebook & Instagram.
