The most useful feature is being able to create new accounts which are very helpful in tracking our expenses over time, allowing us to see trends for future planning purposes. It's not as user friendly or intuitive as other programs out there but it does have some great features such as creating multiple profiles so you don't need to log into every account separately when using one computer with different clients! This program has helped me track my spending within each client quite easily. I love how easy this allows me to keep up-to-date records of all business transactions made by myself or any staff member.
