this thing is really cool! I have read so many negative reviews about this manufacturer due to poor customer service, cryptic instructions for use, etc. The instructions that came with this device were simple, organized, and concise. The only problem I had was that when setting up the software I thought that since I have regular cable I need to set it up for analog. Don't do this, it will only give you a headache. After it was set up as digital, the channels started streaming. Well I have another problem. The result for this thing is a crazy .mpg. VERY large file sizes. To fix this, all you need is a converter.
