The device is difficult to understand due to lack of acoustic or visual indication. You don't really know if you're recording or not. The quality is poor and grainy which is the opposite reason to buy such a device. The earcups are difficult and annoying with repeated touches that require you to pick up your device to verify that it's powered on. LED lamps are almost useless. Most likely you will have to return the goods because the instruction manual is not good. Font too small to be useful should come with a magnifying glass.
