Overrated Tape: my feedback
The Kinesio TAPE Gold Blue is a waste of money .I tried using it during a sports event, and it quickly fell off. It`s overrated and not worth the price. The only good thing about it is the color. The application is difficult, and it leaves a sticky residue. Save yourself time and money and look for alternatives in the Sports and Outdoors section..
